Turn-around Time

If your item is in stock,  it will be shipped within 3-5 days. Made to order items require 1-2 weeks plus shipping time.

 

Shipping

All c.curran.designs jewelry is packed in a box inside a padded envelope and shipped via USPS first class unless you specify otherwise. I am happy to arrange for expedited shipping for an additional cost.

 

Please understand that sometimes packages get caught up in the postal system and this is beyond my control. I will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package.

 

Returns

It is important to me that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, I will gladly accept returns. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and return within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping costs on returns.
